All Heatons mattresses and beds include a 12-month manufacturer warranty as standard.
Delivery & returns＋
Standard two-person, room-of-choice delivery is usually within 7–10 days, where access allows. Orders over £500 qualify for free delivery; orders under £500 cost £39.99. Northern Ireland orders carry a £75 surcharge.
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for a refund, less delivery charges. Customers cover return costs for faultless items. For hygiene reasons, mattresses removed from their original packaging and used cannot be returned if unsuitable.
